With over 26 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, Mr. Haque is recognized for his operational excellence, strategic insight, and ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.
As COO, Mr. Haque is responsible for translating Aspen Capital Management LLC strategic goals into operational success. This includes managing the integration of acquired companies, optimizing processes, and ensuring that the company’s operations are aligned with its long-term vision. He works closely with the CEO and Executive Chairman to implement the company’s M&A strategy, ensuring that each transaction is executed efficiently and delivers maximum value.
Mr. Haque leadership in operational management extends to all aspects of the company’s functions, including finance, human resources, technology, and corporate development. He spearheads initiatives to streamline operations, enhance productivity, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Mr. Haque is also deeply involved in risk management, ensuring that all operational risks are identified and mitigated throughout the M&A process.

Mr. Rehat Mannan serves as the Head of Strategy, Technology & Deal Origination at Aspen Capital Management LLC and as an Advisory Board Member, where he leads acquisition strategy, deal sourcing, and technology-driven operational systems across the firm. He brings hands-on experience in building, restructuring, and scaling private companies across real estate, construction, and technology-enabled services.
In his role, he oversees deal origination, underwriting, and execution, while optimizing workflows, cost structures, and capital deployment. His expertise includes lease negotiation, acquisition structuring, and managing lender and stakeholder relationships across both growth and distressed environments.
Mr. Mannan has built and operated multi-location service businesses, led commercial real estate repositioning strategies, and founded a construction firm serving national contractors in the NYC/NJ market. Earlier in his career, he worked at KPMG, developing a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk assessment, and operational improvement.
On the Board, he provides an operator-driven perspective on acquisitions, integration, and long-term value creation, with a focus on execution, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

Dr. John Akhnoukh, M.D. is the Chief Medical Officer of Aspen Capital Management LLC, where he leads clinical strategy and medical oversight for healthcare acquisitions. A native New Yorker, Dr. Akhnoukh brings extensive medical training and a deep understanding of patient care, health systems, and interventional medicine to his role. He is a graduate of CUNY City College's accelerated Biomedical Education program and earned his medical degree from SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. He completed residency in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine at Mount Sinai West and advanced his expertise through fellowship training at the Weill Cornell Tri-Institutional Pain Program—rotating through New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering, and Hospital for Special Surgery.
Dr. Akhnoukh plays a key role in evaluating and integrating clinical operations across Aspen’s healthcare acquisitions, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and strategic alignment. He is known for his expertise in interventional pain management, using multimodal techniques such as spinal cord stimulation, joint injections, and regenerative therapies. Passionate about outcomes, he addresses both the physical and emotional aspects of care and is committed to advancing patient-centered models.

Mr. Chorne has been widely recognized across the golf and sports industries, having been featured in television, radio, newspapers, and magazines for his groundbreaking inventions and industry expertise. A business owner, executive, and golf professional, he has designed and patented several revolutionary products in golf club design, grip manufacturing, and shaft technology. His work has been highlighted by AT&T Sports Science and Technology on ABC-TV, ESPN’s Hale Irwin’s Golfing America, The Robb Report, ALBA Magazine (Japan), Newsday, and other global publications.
Beyond his contributions to product innovation, Mr. Chorne has played a key role in club fitting for numerous Tour players and has provided expert analysis in golf-related legal cases. His analytical mindset and strategic thinking enable him to identify unique business advantages that set companies apart from their competition.
At Aspen Capital Management LLC, Mr. Chorne works closely with the executive leadership team, including the CEO and CFO, to shape the company’s business development strategies. In his role, Aspen Capital Management LLC is responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy.
